CTE Faculty and Students Extend Full Support to Alumni in the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers.
The College of Teacher Education (CTE) of Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) once again demonstrated its unwavering support for its graduates as 67 alumni took the Licensure Examination for Professional Teachers (LEPT) on September 20, 2026.
Carrying the pride and banner of CCDC–CTE, 21 CTE faculty members and 25 volunteer students gathered as early as 5:00 a.m. at various examination sites to welcome and encourage the college’s alumni on this significant milestone in their professional journey.
As a gesture of support, the faculty and student volunteers distributed food packs to the LET takers, providing them nourishment and encouragement before they face the examination. More importantly, the CTE community offered a heartfelt prayer for the examinees, asking for guidance, strength, wisdom, and confidence as they took the exam.
The faculty members and student volunteers were deployed to different examination sites to ensure that the 67 CTE alumni receive the colleges support and feel the presence of their alma mater throughout this important day.
The activity reflected the CTE community to commitment and standing beside its graduates beyond the classroom. It also served as a reminder that the journey towards becoming a professional teacher is not undertaken alone but rather their college, mentors and fellow students continue to believe in and support them.
More than a simple act of giving food, the initiative symbolized the CTE family’s pride, encouragement and solidarity with its aspiring professional teachers.
As the CCDC–CTE alumni took another step towards their teaching profession, the entire program proudly stood behind them.
Soar high, Admirals! Carry the CCDC–CTE banner with pride, and may your dedication and hard work bring you closer to your dreams of becoming licensed professional teachers.
Iyaman, and congratulations for taking this important step toward your professional journey!
