Our Story

Brief History

How Cordillera Career Development College came to be.

The idea of putting up an institution propped during one casual conversation among close friends talking about daring challenges. At first, the concept was considered a "foolish joke," considering the financial status of each one. However, it was taken seriously after each member reflected that, with their educational background and working experiences, each could play a major role in the management of a school.

1993

The Beginning

CCDC was founded through the vision and determination of a group of friends who believed that quality education should be accessible to the people of the Cordillera region.

1993–1998

Early Programs

The College of Teacher Education received its first government permit from CHED CAR to offer the Bachelor in Secondary Education. More programs followed through the years.

1994

Graduate School Established

In response to community demand, the Graduate Program opened with Master of Arts in Education, Master in Business Administration, and Master in Public Administration.

1996

College of Criminal Justice

The Bachelor of Science in Criminology received its Government Permit and later its Government Recognition, expanding CCDC's academic portfolio significantly.

Today

A Growing Legacy

CCDC continues to grow as the center of quality education for culturally diverse and global learners, serving thousands of students across multiple colleges and programs.
