SCHOOL CLINIC SERVICES
- Free medical and dental consultation – Free health and dental consultation for students and employees.
- Annual medical and dental examination for students – Yearly health and dental checkup to assess overall health, detect possible health concerns, and update school health records.
- Scaling and polishing (teeth cleaning) – Removal of plaque and tartar to maintain healthy teeth and gums.
- First aid treatment – Immediate care for minor injuries and sudden illness.
- Over the counter (OTC) medicine given as needed (initial dose) – Basic medications provided for minor symptoms based on assessment.
- Antibacterial medicine prescribed by a physician – Medicines given only when a bacterial infection is diagnosed.
- Issuance of medical certificate (for students who consulted at the school clinic) – Official document given after medical evaluation when needed.
- Referrals for further medical or dental care –Directed to hospitals or specialists depending on the patient’s condition or hospital of choice.
- Issuance of Permission to Go Home slip for unwell students – Slip given to students advised to rest at home or seek further medical care.
