Graduands’ Exit Program and Job Fair 2026: Preparing Future Professionals for Success

The Graduands’ Exit Program and Job Fair 2026 was successfully conducted by the Guidance Office of Cordillera Career Development College, bringing together graduating students, alumni, government agencies, and industry partners in a meaningful event designed to prepare participants for their transition from academic life to the professional world.

Held at the Tupay-ya Sports Complex, the two-day activity aimed to equip graduating students with essential knowledge, skills, and opportunities that would support their career development and employment readiness. The program served as a venue for learning, networking, and career exploration, ensuring that participants were well-informed about the realities and expectations of the workplace.

The first day of the program focused on career preparation and professional development. Resource speakers from various sectors shared valuable insights on employment readiness, workplace expectations, professional ethics, and government services relevant to future employees. Participants gained practical knowledge regarding employment requirements, career planning, and personal development, helping them build confidence as they prepare to enter the workforce.

The second day featured the much-anticipated Job Fair, where different agencies and organizations showcased their services, presented available career opportunities, and discussed the nature of their work. Graduating students were given the opportunity to visit agency booths, interact directly with representatives, inquire about vacancies, and learn about the qualifications and competencies required for various positions. This experience enabled participants to explore potential career paths and establish connections with prospective employers.

Feedback gathered from participants reflected the overall success of the event. Students described the program as informative, relevant, and beneficial to their future careers. Many expressed appreciation for the presence of government agencies such as BIR, SSS, and other partner organizations, noting that the information provided would be valuable as they begin their professional journeys. Participants also highlighted the opportunity to engage with employers and gain a deeper understanding of the labor market.

The evaluation results further demonstrated the positive impact of the activity. Students commended the organizers for the well-planned and well-executed program and expressed gratitude for the guidance and support provided throughout the event. Many participants shared that the experience increased their awareness of employment opportunities and enhanced their preparedness for life after graduation.

The success of the Graduands’ Exit Program and Job Fair 2026 would not have been possible without the support and collaboration of partner agencies, employers, resource speakers, college administrators, faculty members, and student volunteers. Their collective efforts contributed to an enriching and productive experience for all participants.

As the graduating students prepare to embark on new professional journeys, the Graduands’ Exit Program and Job Fair stands as a testament to the institution’s commitment to producing competent, career-ready, and globally competitive graduates. Through initiatives such as this, the college continues to empower students with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities necessary to achieve success in their chosen careers.
