The audit conducted by DQS Certification Phil’s Inc. established full compliance and reflected zero non-conformities on the provision for Instruction, Research, and Extension for all program offerings and other support services.
Highlighted in the certification audit are the checking of Process Manuals and Quality forms, with verification of corresponding evidences, and the notable production of CCDC’s own Quality Management System Manual.
The certification was conferred after rigorous and strict audit of component processes on two various occasions, said CCDC President Sherry Junette Malaya-Tagle.
Calling the audit certification, a milestone for the Benguet-based school, Tagle said the ISO certification is the institution’s testament of commitment to its learners, stakeholders, employees, and the community.
“This compliance to the highest standard of the ISO is a mark of excellence granted to CCDC for observing and satisfying all management processes, which we continuously improve,” said Tagle.
She said the school will strive to increase the bar every year to maintain the confidence of the public in the educational institution which recently celebrated its 30th founding anniversary last April.
“This certification is due largely to the hard work and collaboration of our employees and people who entrusted us their education and their children’s,” Tagle said.
“This is aligned with CCDC’s recently enhanced vision of being a center of quality education for culturally diverse and global learners,” she added.*
