CCDC College of Law Signs MoU with the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Benguet

The CCDC College of Law formally entered into a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Benguet to strengthen collaboration in providing practical training opportunities for law students, particularly those enrolled in the Clinical Legal Education Program 2 (CLEP 2).

The MoU signing was attended by CCDC College of Law Dean – Atty. Alexis R. Agmata, CLEP Director – Atty. Czarinah Rose C. Gumpic-Caw-is, Provincial Prosecutor Benedict K. Pataras, and Prosecutor Jonjon B. Amcay. Their presence highlighted the shared commitment of both institutions to support experiential learning and professional development for aspiring lawyers.

Also present during the signing were the Law Student Practitioners (LSPs): Smeralden Mherle L. Alagon, Jefferson L. Landisan, Renaluz M. Lamsis, Reckelyn Libiado, Christian S. Datic, and Asia Mariz A. Balag-ey.

Through this agreement, the Office of the Provincial Prosecutor of Benguet will collaborate with the CCDC College of Law in providing meaningful exposure and learning opportunities for CLEP 2 students, allowing them to gain practical insights into prosecutorial work and the criminal justice system.

This partnership reflects CCDC’s continuing commitment to enhancing legal education by integrating classroom learning with real-world legal practice.
