Rest in Peace Manong Ruben

HONORING HIS LIFE, CELEBRATING HIS SPIRIT: RUBEN PISAY FELIX
October 17, 1962 – April 13, 2020

CCDC community mourns the passing of our dear colleague, Mr. Ruben Felix last April 13, 2020. He had a massive heart attack. He will be laid to rest at Banila, Nueva Vizcaya.

Mng. Ruben served in the CCDC General Services Department since September 2013. We share with the bereaved family the feelings of great loss at this moment of deep sorrow. May the Almighty God rest his soul to eternal peace.
