Grade 12 Aquatics Activity

The Grade 12 Aquatics Activity was held on February 16, 18, and 20, 2026, at Palm Grove Resort in Nangalisan, Asin, Tuba, Benguet. The program aimed to strengthen students’ understanding of water safety, develop fundamental swimming skills, and promote responsible behavior in aquatic environments.

During the activity, students actively participated in a series of structured lessons and practical demonstrations focused on essential water safety and swimming techniques. The sessions covered important skills, including testing the water before entering, proper pool entry and exit, breathing techniques such as blowing bubbles, supine floating, gliding through the water, and performing the basic freestyle swimming stroke. These activities provided students with valuable hands-on experience, helping them build confidence and become more comfortable in the water.

In addition to skill development, safety remained a top priority throughout the program. Students were taught proper safety protocols and emergency awareness procedures to ensure that everyone remained alert and responsible in aquatic environments. This emphasis on safety helped create a secure and supportive learning environment for all participants.
