This commitment is reflected in CCDC’s Accommodation Policy for Students with Special Needs, is built on national laws that protect and promote inclusive education such as the Inclusive Education Act of 2022 (RA 11650), the Magna Carta for Disabled Persons (RA 7277), and the Accessibility Law (BP 344).
