DepEd Affirms Partnership with CCDC-CTE for ARAL Program

The Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC)-College of Teacher education (CTE) faculty headed by Dr. Juvy Baso proudly joined the Department of Education (DepEd) in the regional launching of the Academic Recovery and Accessible Learning (ARAL) Program, held simultaneously across the country this September 13, 2025 at Puguis Elementary School. The launching of the ARAL Program was held with the presence of DepEd officials and personnel headed by the Regional Director of CAR Dr. Estela L. Cariño, and other key stakeholders from the Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR).

At the same time, DepEd formally recognized CCDC-CTE as one of its partners in the implementation of the said program. DepEd emphasized the urgency of academic recovery efforts and the value of partnerships between government agencies and academic institutions like CCDC. Through its collaboration with DepEd, CCDC reaffirmed its dedication to empowering learners and strengthening
community involvement in education, ensuring that no student is left behind.

The ARAL Program, a flagship initiative of DepEd, aims to support learners in recovering academic gaps and ensuring more accessible learning opportunities nationwide. CCDC has been an active partner for three years of DepEd- Puguis Elementary School in carrying out the program, strengthening efforts to provide quality and inclusive education.
