Bringing Nutrition and Happiness: NSTP Feeding Program in Beleng-belis

Beleng-belis, Kapangan, Benguet — Students of the Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) through the National Service Training Program (NSTP) successfully implemented a feeding program titled “Together We Feed, Together We Grow” on March 13, 2026, at Beleng-belis, Kapangan, Benguet. The initiative aimed to address malnutrition among children while promoting proper nutrition and healthy eating habits.

The activity provided nutritious meals to 28 students, their parents, and 5 teachers, ensuring the well-being of all attendees. In addition, activity and hygiene kits were distributed to every child, emphasizing the importance of personal care and health awareness.

Interactive parlor games and activities were also conducted, involving both children and their parents. These activities fostered teamwork, strengthened family bonds, and created a joyful and engaging atmosphere within the community.

The program encouraged social responsibility and volunteerism among NSTP students while fostering cooperation between students, parents, and teachers. Positive feedback from the community highlighted the success of the initiative in promoting both health and community engagement.

The feeding program was organized under the guidance of the College of Business Education and Administration (CBEA) NSTP coordinators, with active participation from students dedicated to serving and supporting the community.
