CCDC NSTP Group Carries Out Successful Campus Enhancement Project

Kapangan, Benguet — March 13, 2026 — Students from the Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC), under the National Service Training Program (NSTP) and as members of the Milieu Henosis Group, carried out a school beautification project titled “Project Ecovision” at Central Kapangan National High School.

The initiative aimed to improve the school’s physical environment while promoting environmental awareness and community involvement. Throughout the day, NSTP student implementers conducted various activities, including cleaning pathways, planting flowers, organizing garden areas, painting murals, and repainting benches, flower pots, and washing stations.

The students began their visit by participating in the school’s flag-raising ceremony, followed by a prayer prior to the start of the activities. Meals were prepared to sustain the volunteers, while the school principal supervised the implementation of the project.

Despite the hot weather, the activity maintained a positive and cooperative atmosphere. By the end of the program, the school showed visible improvements, appearing more organized, colorful, and conducive to learning.

The school principal expressed appreciation for the efforts of the NSTP students, citing their dedication, teamwork, and initiative. The project also highlighted values such as responsibility, cooperation, and environmental stewardship among the participants.
