The Schools Division of Benguet, through the Curriculum and Implementation Division (CID), oriented the pre-service teachers of the College of Teacher Education of Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) on September 8, 2026, at the CCDC Board Room. As part of the onboarding process for deploying Pre-service Teachers, CID Chief Education Supervisor Aladin M. Dobinto led the orientation and discussed the roles and responsibilities of pre-service teachers in the field.
He emphasized professionalism, proper conduct, punctuality, appropriate appearance, learner protection, classroom management, instructional preparedness, professional boundaries, and digital ethics. He also reminded the pre-service teachers to respect the policies, culture, and practices of their
assigned schools, observe appropriate boundaries with learners, accept supervision and feedback professionally, and recognize the limits of their authority as pre-service teachers.
Lastly, he assured the pre-service teachers of the Division’s support and encouragement as they take on this important step toward becoming professional educators.
