Application to DOH Medical and Midwifery Scholarship Program is due on August 31, 2018. Interested Applicants may proceed to DOH Partner Schools they wish to enroll. Please accomplish the application form and secure copy of the documentary requirements.

*Midwifery Scholarship is open ONLY for the incoming freshmen
*Medical Scholarship is open to all year level
