College ENROLLMENT for Short Term,
SY 2019 – 2020, JUNE 8 – 27, 2020

Online Enrollment Procedure:

A. Old Students:

1️⃣ STEP 1: Choose the subjects to enroll posted in the Cordillera College (CCDC) Facebook page.

2️⃣ STEP 2: Pay downpayment (minimum of Php3,000). Mode of payment options include online and over-the-counter bank deposit to:

For those who are within the vicinity of CCDC, cashier is open at the JMM Bldg Entrance from 8:00AM to 4:30PM.

3️⃣STEP 3: Send clear photo of proof of payment either to the [email protected] or to the ccdc fb messenger. Include full name of the enrollee, ID number, course and year.

After verification by the cashier’s office, a message of acknowledging the receipt of the downpayment will be sent.

4️⃣ STEP 4: Log in to https://student.ccdc.space to update student profile.

Wait for a confirmation that enrollment has been completely processed. Printout of the student’s copy of registration will be included in the learning pack.

B. New Students & Transferees in the Graduate School:

1️⃣ STEP 1: Send clear scanned / photographed copies of admission requirements to [email protected]. After the evaluation of the documents, admission form shall be sent thru email, which to be filled in and be sent back immediately. Subjects to enroll will also be advised.

Admission Requirements:
• Transfer credentials / Honorable dismissal from last school attended / True copy of transcript
• Certificate of good moral character from last school attended
• Clear copy of PSA birth certificate
• Marriage certificate (for married female)
• Permit to study (for government employee)

4️⃣ STEP 4: Register to https://student.ccdc.space to create a student account.

Wait for a confirmation that enrollment has been completely processed. Printout of the student’s copy of registration will be included in the learning pack.

Upon claiming of the learning pack, hardcopies of the admission requirements shall be submitted in a sealed long brown envelope addressed to the CCDC Office of the Registrar, Buyagan, Poblacion, La Trinidad, Benguet; Contact Number 09175444545. Indicate student’s full name and contact number. Other options include sending thru courier, express mail, or registered mail. It may be dropped also at the CCDC gate during office hours.
