Admission to CCDC is open to all students who meet its specific standard requirements, and who agree to abide by its policies, rules and regulations.

Admission Requirements
Put the following documents in a long brown envelope.

A) For Incoming First Years

1. CCDC Admission Form, duly accomplished
2. Certificate of Transfer Credentials / Honorable Dismissal
3. True Copy of Grades
4. Certified true copy of diploma in the baccalaureate degree
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended
6. Clear photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
7. Clear photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate, for married females
8. Study Permit, if a government employee

B) For Transferees

1. CCDC Admission Form, duly accomplished
2. Certificate of Transfer Credentials / Honorable Dismissal
3. True Copy of Grades
4. Certified copy of Diploma in the baccalaureate degree
5. Certificate of Good Moral Character from the last school attended
6. Clear photocopy of PSA Birth Certificate
7. Clear photocopy of PSA Marriage Certificate, for married females
8. Study Permit, ifa government employee

C) Returning Students

1. Copy of final grades during the semester / term last attended
2. Evaluation Form signed by the Dean / Program Coordinator
3. Clearance Slip / Examination Permit during the semester / term last attended
4. Latest School ID Card
5. Study Permit, if a government employee

Additional Requirements for Foreign Students:

1. Student Visa
2. Photocopy of passport bio-page

Documentary requirements for the conversion of tourist visa (9a) into a student visa (9f):

1. Joint letter request addressed to the Commissioner from the authorized representative of the petitioning school and applicant, using the school letterhead with dry seal;
2. Duly accomplished CGAF (BI Form 2014-00-003 Rev 0);
3. Photocopy of passport bio-page and latest admission with valid authorized stay;
4. Notice of Acceptance of the applicant bearing a clear impression of the school’s official dry seal;
5. Endorsement addressed to the Commissioner from the school for the conversion of the applicant’s status, signed by the School Registrar;
6. Photocopy of passport page bearing the valid Bureau of Quarantine Clearance and International Health Surveillance stamp;
7. Medical Certificate issued by the Bureau of Quarantine and International Health Surveillance or a government medical institution with competence to certify that the applicant is not afflicted with any dangerous, contagious or loathsome disease and is mentally fit;
8. CHED Endorsement for transfer and shifting of course, if applicable;
9. National Bureau of Investigation (NBI) clearance for a foreign student enrolling from bachelor’s degree to post graduate;
10. Photocopy of BI school accreditation ID of the registrar or school representative;
11. National Intelligence Coordinating Agency (NICA) Clearance; and
12. BI Clearance Certificate.
