CCDC Advances Academic Excellence Through Benchmarking Engagement with Adamson University

Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC), through its College of Health Education (CHE) and Hospitality Management (HM) successfully conducted a Benchmarking Activity on January 29, 2026, at Adamson University in Ermita, Manila. The CCDC benchmarking delegation was led by Atty. Abigail T. Bersamin, Vice President for Academics, together with Marivel D. Muñoz, Dean of the College of Health Education, Rovelyn C. Antonio, Dean of the College of Business Education and Administration (CBEA), They were joined by other faculty and staff members representing various academic and administrative offices of the college. The team was warmly welcomed by Adamson University’s Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs, Dr. Gliceria Lunag, who graciously accommodated them and paved the way for a meaningful academic exchange. Following the warm welcome, the delegation listened to informative presentations from the different colleges and offices of Adamson University, gaining valuable insights into their best practices and institutional systems. After the presentations, the CCDC team was given a guided tour of the university’s various laboratories, facilities, and administrative offices, allowing them to further observe Adamson University’s academic environment and operational standards firsthand. The benchmarking activity centered on key areas such as curriculum and instruction, laboratory standards, internship and experiential learning, internationalization, quality assurance, and research development. This initiative reflects CCDC’s strong commitment to continuously enhancing program quality, improving teaching effectiveness, and sustaining holistic, accessible, and inclusive learning experiences for future global citizens and leaders
