CCDC Intramurals 2025 First Phase Concludes

The First Phase of the Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) Intramurals 2025, held under the theme “A Tide of Triumph: Competing with Heart and Honor” and the tagline “ADMIRALS: Achieve, Dedicate, Magnify, Inspire, Rise, Adapt, Lead, Succeed,” successfully concluded on November 20 at the CCDC Tupay-ya Gym. The events contested were: Cheerdance, Mascot, Sepak Takraw, Table Tennis, Chess, Scrabble, Games of the General, Word factory, Billiards, Darts, and Volleyball. A short awarding ceremony took place immediately following the Volleyball Men’s championship match. Winners were recognized and awarded by Jaylo K. Lacaden, Director of the Student Services Office, and the event concluded with a prayer led by Dennis M. Butag, Dean of the College of Criminal Justice Education (CCJE).

Special recognition goes to the Sports Department, headed by Jordan Andrews E. Tagle, and the Student Services Office, for efficiently facilitating and making this event possible. A heartfelt congratulations is also extended to the different departments, headed by their respective Deans, for their collaboration and support. Truly, the success of this event would not have been possible without the collective effort and dedication of every one of you. 

To the entire student body, we extend our gratitude for your participation and hope you enjoyed the event. May the essence of sportsmanship and camaraderie continue to guide you in all your future endeavors, both academic and personal.

The Intramurals indeed fostered a vibrant atmosphere, showcasing exceptional talents, and promoting sportsmanship, camaraderie, unity, and mutual respect within the CCDC community. Moving forward, all valuable feedback has been carefully noted to ensure a more efficient, fair, and fun Intramurals experience next semester. We now look forward to seeing you all again in the Second Phase, which will feature the Bleacher Competition, Basketball, Badminton, Athletics, Archery, and Mobile Legends.
