CCDC Joins the Legal Education Board Training of Trainers on Syllabus-Making and Teaching under the Revised Model Law Curriculum

The Cordillera Career Development College heeded the call for the training of trainers by the Legal Education Board on Syllabus-Making and Teaching under the Revised Model Law Curriculum. The 3-day training was conducted on November 18-20, 2025 at the Berjaya Hotel, Makati City and was joined in by CCDC law professor, Atty. Abigail T. Bersamin. The sessions emphasized the essential knowledge and skills required of law professors to effectively implement the Revised Model Law Curriculum, ensuring the modernization of law education in the Philippines by addressing key pedagogical innovations, assessment techniques, and curricular gaps. Moreover, outcomes-based education and the ethical and responsible use of AI in legal education were elaborated.

From this very significant session of law professors, CCDC’s curricular development and innovations to better prepare its law students to be bar passers and practice-ready are affirmed and reinforced.
