CCDC Strengthens Service Delivery Through ISO 9001:2015 Audit and Re-tooling

Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) is enhancing service delivery through improved processes and high-quality implementation, enabling it to serve more people effectively.

As part of its commitment to quality and operational excellence, CCDC recently underwent an ISO  9001:2015 re-tooling workshop in preparation  for  its  annual   surveillance audit.

The audit provided valuable insights, recognizing strengths while identifying areas for improvement to improve the compliance for better results in the next audit. 

In ensuring continuous improvement and sustained ISO certification, CCDC discussed during the three-day workshop session the importance of improved archiving and documentation. 

Tackled also the roles and responsibilities for each participant, which helps the team commit to continuous improvement with actionable plans for audit findings.

This three-day ISO re-tooling Session is a key initiative in CCDC’s quality management strategy, aimed at turning audit findings into improvements and strengthening operational excellence.

ISO 9001 stands for International Organization for Standardization which is a global standard for quality management, guiding organizations in improving performance, meeting customer expectations, and maintaining a strong quality management system (QMS).
