Cordillera Career Development College (CCDC) continues to make its mark in the culinary field as John Leeshane Sevilla and Kristian Viana proudly represented the Municipality of La Trinidad in the Benguet Traditional Cookfest 2026.

Held on April 15, 2026, at the Provincial Capitol, the competition gathered talented participants who showcased the rich culinary heritage of Benguet. Representing both their school and municipality, Sevilla and Viana impressed judges with their innovative dish, the “Highland Heritage Roulade.”

The dish highlighted the unique flavors and ingredients of the highlands, combining tradition with modern culinary techniques. Their creation not only demonstrated technical skill and creativity but also reflected a deep appreciation for local culture and gastronomy.
