CHE Students Lead Environmental Action Through Project BLOCK F

CHE students successfully implemented Project BLOCK F (Bottle Bin Launch and Outreach for Community Clean-up Facilitation) to promote cleanliness and proper waste disposal in Central Poblacion, Kapangan, Benguet, on March 21, 2026.

The activity brought together around 40 CHE student volunteers who worked collaboratively on various tasks, including a clean-up drive, waste segregation, the creation and installation of bottle bins, and beautification efforts such as painting roadside walls.

Through teamwork and cooperation, the participants enhanced the cleanliness and overall appearance of the area. The installed bottle bins are also intended to encourage residents to practice proper waste segregation.

Barangay officials expressed their appreciation for the initiative, highlighting its positive impact on the community. The project not only improved the surroundings but also raised awareness about environmental responsibility.

Project BLOCK F is part of the CHE students’ NSTP initiative, demonstrating how youth involvement can help create a cleaner and more sustainable community.
