OFF-SITE ENROLLMENT SCHEDULE. Pls wear face masks and faceshields. Bring enrollment requirements!

January 7, 2021 – Municipal Grounds, Acop, Tublay (look for CCDC-marked vehicle) 9:30am-11:30 am

January 7, 2021 – St Paul’s Academy Gym, Sayangan, Atok 8am-2pm

January 8, 2021 – Kibungan View Deck, Poblacion, Kibungan, 8am-1pm

January 8, 2021 – Kapangan Municipal Grounds, Lomon, Kapangan. 8am-3pm

January 8 & 9 – Monamon Sur Brgy Hall, Boga, Mt. Province. Pls get and submit enrollment forms from Hon. Barangay Captain.

January 9, 2021 – Municipal Grounds, Poblacion, Tuba (look for CCDC-marked vehicle). 9:30-11:30am

January 9, 2021 – Delmy store (across Tinoyan’s Fuel Station), Kennon Rd, Tuba (look for CCDC-marked vehicle). 1pm-3pm

January 9 – Bauko, Mt. Province. Pls get and submit enrollment forms from MS. Gency Batawang.
